I haven’t written here in a while. Life happenned. Had a Tim Hortons coffee and a bagel for lunch. Feels good.

A bit too busy with filing taxes this week.

Great news is – the weather has been crazy good past few days. It’s been such a rare thing here for the past 6 months. Not really the cold, but the dark, wet outdoors for 6 months or so takes its toll on the menta and physical health – for those who moved from a warmer and brighter place 🙂

When it’s warm and sunny outside, one leaves everything else and runs for the outdoors. A walk, hike or just sitting in the toasty sun.

Warm weather brings so much hope and optimism. staying indoors isn’t an option anymore.

I walked 8000 steps yesterday after a long time. My daily average step count this year has been lower than last year. Not a great thing I guess. That changes now.

Sometimes I think I should get a good bicycle. Maybe rent one.

Trying out the “AI assistant” on my iPhone 14. It just works out of the box. E-mail, Calendar, uber etc. Siri, are you listening? I think I don’t need to upgrade to the “latest iphone” with AI at least for now. Or maybe I do.

The lingering cough I have isn’t going away. It’s been a couple weeks now. Need to tell the doc.

Need to post regularly on my X and LinkedIn as well.

Ok, now get back to the tax data crunching work, you need to keep as much hard-earned money with yourself, isn’t it!

You need to earn 1.5 dollars to save a dollar, a dollar saved is 1.5 dollars earned. Remember this and spend effort in doing taxes right. Maybe build a few tools of your own to make it easier for now. Can use AI assistants like gemini, chatgpt going forward 🙂

I purchased a “peppermint halo” roll-on from a Saje store today, after many years. It’s really good for my allergies and cold etc.
